So I am confused, is it one or the other, $2,000 loyalty credit or $2,500 lease credit?

or can you combine these if leasing? So $4,500 off in total if leasing?

Yes. I can envision it going down if they don't move MY19s at a clip they want, to further incentivize MY19 over 20.

I believe 2019 models have a 60% residual now based on the advertised rates on BMWUSA.com but 2020s still are at 55%, must be to move the last of the 2019s

Can loyalty be applied if there is a gap in ownership? (E.g. returned a leased BMW within the last 6 months)

I got from Glendale BMW via a broker who I found on leasehackr.

company is called lease hero. Did the deal through text. showed up, paid my downpayment and 7 MSD, signed and drove off. ZERO haggling. it's the way to go for sure. dealerships are moving 2019 MY. Pull the trigger quickly.

Working with Broker depending on your area is a plus. There are a lot of them here in the Tai-State Area.

I got my M5C at a decent number because I'm a licensed broker and I can't complain.

Any change this month for MF, loyalty? Lease credit seems the same and residual for the 19s.

Yes. Many dealers will tell you no (this has happened to me), but the reality is that BMW allows you to go back at least 12 months.

I like the 2019 residuals the past two months. I wish I was able to get 60% on my M - LOL.

Oh well - no regrets. Love my car.

I had to replace the brakes of my M550i at 20k miles. And usually the way these cars are made now they have to change the rotors and brake sensors too in addition to replacing the pads. You are looking at $500 per brake. That's $2000 for all 4 including labor. Pretty sure it's more for the M5. I'm thinking of getting the M5 or M8 when my lease is up next year and I'm definitely getting the tire and brake package!
