Insurance is covering it. Bmw will be the only one that I know of who can actually fix it the proper way given the paint color. And totally agree with the dash cam and yeah it's technically my fault even though the disabled car caused the whole accident lol

Where are you located ? My phone app does not display. Perhaps someone could recommend a good shop. Dealers are generally not the way to go.
