My M5CS has arrived...Best sedan I've ever driven!

Finally received delivery of it this morning and put about 50 miles on it so far.

Roads a bit wet, and wife and kids were in the car so didn't really get a chance to step on it, but

It feels special

The seats are really comfortable (I'm 5'11" and 170 lbs)
The paint with the bronze accents and wheels
The carbon fiber diffuser and front lip
The steering wheel

My wife will be the primary driver of this, and she's got a heavy foot. Let's see if I can pry it out of her hands

More pics on my insta coming soon

A longer review to come as well

Congratulations! Lucky Wife!

I only let my wife drive my CS once with me in the passenger seat. (She probably won’t drive it again as I had banned her from driving any my M5s after she nearly crashed my ‘16 F10 in the neighborhood once).

3 quick observations:

Exhaust is a bit too quiet but I'm told it opens up after the 1st break-in service

This car just keeps pulling at highway speeds somewhat similar to the Tesla plaid I had.

It's very incognito for those who don't like the attention...that's my wife's favorite part...she' in for a rude awakening when the lambo comes haha

It's too cold up here in the northeast to drive it around especially with all the salt on the roads, so I can't say anything about handling just yet.

Beautiful car!

Even as the car gets more miles on it, the exhaust is still going to be too quiet.

To my untrained eye, I think they look pretty good.

Do you foresee any problems with bolster year on the front seats. I am cautious when I enter and exit my M5C, but I think the CS bolsters are a bit higher than the Competition. I have never seen a CS in person let alone examined the interior.

I believe it's the exact same seat

Not sure about wear, but when I'm in it, I try to lift myself before sliding out to avoid any premature wear. I look silly doing it buy it's the price we pay to have these I guess

^^^As far as wear on bolsters. It all comes down to how lazy you are, or not. Or how much you care. If you care about your seats you can use them daily for years and have little to no wear. There's a simple technique that must be mastered. Once you get used to this process (yes, sadly, it's a process to get in and out of your car ugh), it becomes second nature. If you're lazy and/or just don't car, the bolster will be wrecked in a matter of days.

Not perfect, but with some sewing skills it can be made to fit

https://www.ebay.com/itm/27509380811...gAAOSwEK9T55dm

Even matches the red stitching

So it's just a leather covering? This should be an easy custom order shouldn't it?
