with a proper tune you wont need full E85, but yes some have gone full E85, there is no aftermarket HPFP yet, ive seen zero fuel rail dips out to E55

I dont like smell either. I have my primary cats in place and only did secondary downpipes. Zero smell, and my performance hasn't suffered.

2 cats after each turbo. First cat is about twice the size of the second cat. Both are 400 cell. Both have been flow tested in the 520-540 CFM range, which is very good.
Easiest to just remove the 2nd cat since the 02 monitoring still works. You get some of the gains of catless with no downside. As for E85, I would make sure pump and injector capacity are sufficient before going full E85. Most people seem to go E20 to E40. Any tuner should have an idea about pump capacity. |

I've heard it's completely safe through 1000 nm, and reliable up to 1100 nm (800 crank ft-lbs). It can probably go higher, but you start rolling the dice at some point. I'm running ~760 ft-lbs without issue. I try never to go full torque until the tranny is warmed up.

There are trans tunes that will slightly increase line pressure, which should increase torque capacity. But probably by the time you are at that torque level, you are also at or near the limits of the connecting rods in the motor.

The dodge demon has 760lb-tq stock so u know the trans should be able to handle a good amount more… the factory never pushes factory components to the limit they always leave a good amount on the table to make sure its reliable… and its the same trans

Theres a specific number after the hp like 40 or 60 which tells u the tq rating on the trans because theres acouple different models like the one on the M3-4 is a zf8hp but hold alot less tq then urs
