So far, I like the design of the M5CS very much.
However, bronze rims, the bigger rear spoiler and yellow headlights are too much, at least for me, to be an executive daily.

My wife is telling me that my 2019 M5 Competition in Marina Bay Blue with golden carbon-ceramic brakes is too much already. I see where she is coming from. There is a fine line between looking great and too much.
For my business and clients, the look and design of the M5 Competition is questionable but acceptable.

In my own world, I would go for the M5CS immediately.

Cheers,
Mike

I'm in the market and have it narrowed down to M5 Comp and E63S. I have fallen in love with my X5M and I'm really trying to educate myself on the M5's.

Is this a "new" model or just an LCI? Is it faster than the 2020 M5 Comp? The weight savings are good, but you guys are saying the power is not sufficient?
Might be a tad faster than M5 Comp. It is mainly the sportier version/ track oriented but with little weight loss and some added power I don't see paying extra for any reason except cosmetics. M5 Comp would be the way to go. X5m on the other hand is a great suv but agility wise it wouldn't compare to M5 Comp plus the mod list for the M5 comp is limit less.

Not to thread jack, but has anyone driven or heard the x6M exhaust? I am wondering how it compares to that of the M5C. To me the x6M exhaust sounds pretty good.

This thread is specifically about the M5CS, so I think you would get better responses if you create a new post to ask your question.

I know I just thought I could sneak in the question. 🤓

It would need at least 60BHP more to make any real difference to performance IMO, and lets face it the new LCI is very quick out of the box.

I'm interested in how this will be priced, and what lease rates will look like on it later in the year... Wonder if it will follow the same pricing fate as the M3CS.

I wish it happens but if this thing is as fast as hinted and post around 7:20 Nordschleife times which is way faster than even the M4 GTS it’s an exponentially more special car than the M3CS and we might never see even MSRP...
