Wheels have held up perfectly now for over two years. Velos quality is top-notch as is their fitment so I would not expect anything less from them.

I don't put a lot of miles on my cars so I've always leased my M5's. Like you, I prefer the looks of the Pre-LCI better as well as the gauge cluster but my lease is ending soon and I'll be ordering an LCI ... The differences are not drastic so it will surely grow on me.

The new versus CPO question is a tough one .. I prefer new as you simply never know what a car has been through. With that said, I know a lot of people that like CPO and the fact someone else took the depreciation hit.
I agree, especially with this type of car. I may end up leasing as long as the MF stays the same. I'm about 6 months out and just sold my 7 series so I'm hoping discounts get better to push me to new. Again great car and I enjoy looking at your posts on car.

After taking delivering in Sept 2018 of one of the 1st M5C's in the US, the time has come to start the process of parting out the car.

I'm 1st in line for a 22' allocation at the dealer I'm working with and will be ordering an Individual M5C in the weeks ahead.

Wheels have been sold and the OEMS are now back on the car for a couple of months ... had to buy spacers to stomach looking at them LOL.

Most parts will be transferred to the new car and I'll get this one back to bone stock in the coming months.

I prefer the looks of the Pre-LCI personally but I'm sure the LCI will grow on me.

I had Pre-LCI and LCI F10 M5's so been down this road before.

Here is a picture on the OEMs.

Some parting shots ….

I have a 22' Individual M5C at the Port and a garage full of boxes anxiously awaiting its arrival to finally start with this next build / journal.

My current 2019 will stay in the family and will be going to my younger brother who will pick it up for a paltry $57K. This was one one of the 1st M5C's delivered in the US in Sept 2018 so the residuals were garbage and the reason buyout is so low. Makes no sense to hand this car back to BMW with this amount of equity.

Awesome 19 build, looking forward to seeing what you do w the 22 LCI. Nice it's staying in the fam, at that price is a huge bargain vs market value

Fun build. Yours was one of the first F90s I drooled at from over in the G30 M550 forums....and one of the reasons I wanted an M5. Killer wheels. Now I've had a '19 and an LCI '21. I don't think you'll be disappointed in the LCI one little bit.

BTW, have you disclosed the color yet or keeping it secret until the big reveal?
