Looks and sounds good. Is the rear muffler like an H pipe set-up ?

On the first picture was down pipes too.
That I didn't installed yet. It's already loud and removing secondary cads would turn check engine light. Not ready for that yet.

Has anyone confirmed the CEL would activate with the secondary cats deleted ? Normally it does not since the O2 sensor is located ahead of that cat, but with these new pressure O2’s anything is possible.

Guys at IND said that it would. Thinking adding down pipes too...guess will see. It would be nice someone can decode the light just in case it would show

Good to know. Must be the pressure delta. I’m not fooling with cars or codes. Not worth the smell or hassle for me.

Miko- Do the downpipes delete both the primary and secondary cats. I want to do a full exhaust deleting primary and secondary along with non resonated center pipes.

Boy, you are going all out. I think it would be to loud. Just saying how loud is mine with both original down pipes.
But if you like that go ahead.
Mine understanding there is a lover and upper down pipes. Upper ( primary ) is not build yet.
On the first picture you can see secondary down pipes, which I didn't install.

Note: if you keep it in efficient mode and D1 its a big difference. Besides being in efficient mode having it in D1 it shifts so early and is not so loud. Great driving through towns or driving with family.

Great information. So Eisenmann is producing the secondary delete but not primary. I can always go with a different brand primary downpipes (if necessary). Maybe I will try full including secondary delete and see how loud it is.

Yes, count on check engine light to be on because of cats, you probably know that.

I took the secondary cats off my Zo6 without cel issues. Interesting that these new pressure sensitive o2 sensors can detect that minor of a loss downstream.

Do anyone here has cost of E-Race exhaust? Is it available now? This is a no flap system correct? I have the E Race on my X5M, I love it after unplugging the ASD. In F90 all we have to do is turn off the sound inside the car?

Do anyone have clips of the E-Race compared to E-Sport exhaust? Would love to compare side by side sound? PM me price?

Thanks

Here's a link to the Eisenmann system on our car:

The exhaust system is so new that we haven't yet had the opportunity to do a true side by side exhaust comparison, but you're correct—the Eisenmann Race system does not make use of the flap.

The valved system is pretty tame in Comfort setting, but it truly comes alive in Sport as you'll see in the video link above. I'd say if you really like your Eisenmann Race on the X5M, you'll love the Race system on the F90

Completely agree with you Mike!
Having the race on mine and also driven the IND car, I must say race is more louder but the other one Is great too, some advantages by closing the valves. More options for different taste :-)

Since there is no valve option on the Race version, when used with non-res pipes, is it loud enough to override the fake pumped in engine note? i am guessing the insulation in the M5 is still too good to not hear the fake note over the actual exhaust? I know you can still defeat the fake exhaust note...just wondering how loud it is inside the cabin with windows up.
