Headlight washers are for winter driving. They remove road salt/snow/slush which does effect light output. I think you can disable them by pulling a fuse. (Don't quote me on that never tried)

I use it in moderate traffic. Definitely saves a bit of fuel.
What I cannot stand is the function that starts the motor automatically based on the traffic light signals. I'd like to turn it off if possible, but I can't be bothered searching through the endless fucking menus. If anything tempts me to go back to an older car it is the tech faff overload. |
