I have black in my MBB and find it incredibly boring. I wanted Silverstone, but did a lease assumption and this was the car I found. Aragon contrasts nicely, but I wouldn't call it sporty. In fact, none of the interior leather colors for the F90 are sporty. They should offer Fiona Red or Sakhir Orange imho.

I second this. I have MBB with smoke white, piano black trim, in my opinion it is a great contrast, as well as a great combination of sporty and luxury.

One of the main things I like about the smoke white vs Silverstone is the center section of the seat not having the black stripe. Not that I dislike the stripe, I just like the look of solid seat a little better.

I’ve got Tartufo in mine which I like a lot. Looks similar to Aragon (sans the blk center strip and white stitching).

All personal preference but I can’t do black interior.

Any non-black interior which doesn’t have the black contrasting centre strip is missing a trick in my opinion. The front seats look much more impressive when they’re two-tone.

That said, I’m surprised they don’t offer red and a couple of louder colours to on the M5 just to highlight its sporting credentials.

The light interior does look very nice. I had similar in my '03 RS6, made for very nice color contrasts. My current M5 is black with black and black and some black. Leather everywhere, but all the same color.

I'd like more contrast....but that car was on a lot near me, available and had the options I wanted.....so I'm ok with the boring....LOL....right foot feel makes up for it...

My car has Aragon and I really like the look especially with the black contrasting stripe. As another poster noted, I don’t know if I’d call either color particularly sporty. I think the Midrand Beige interior choice looks more sporty than either Aragon or Black.

I have Silverstone, really like it, would have gone smoke white but didn't know that was an option but definitely prefer lighter options than dark

I have black interior on my Interlagos Blue M3, and I personally like it better. My MBB M5 has Aragon and gets more compliments and comments from others saying they really like it. It's a little more orange than I like, almost the color of a basketball. I would prefer a darker brownier brown, but I have kind of come around to liking it. As far as "sporty", I really don't know anymore what that word means when applied to cars. To some, stickers and decals make a car sporty. My mother describes her car as "sporty" because it's red, small, and kind of shaped sporty, like a hot rod... It's a PT Cruiser. So I don't really know what someone means when they describe something as sporty as it relates to cars, especially the interior.

Lol. Another thread where the OP asks for help between two specific colors and everyone goes off the reservation with “you must do my other color!” Gotta love it. *rolls eyes*. On a side note, the smoked white looks like it belongs in a 7 series or S class (or perish the thought, the Lexus LS).

OP, between black and Aragon, go with Aragon. Black is definitely boring in an M5 and the Aragon has the “sportiness” you’re looking for. The subtle orange in the leather truly makes the best contrast (since blue and orange are complementary colors).

Midrange beige is a great interior. However, to me, it's basically black with beige highlights. I don't think it's executed as well as the other interiors which have black highlights instead (i.e. Aragon Brown, Silverstone, etc.).

If not going Tartufo (because of how beautiful and amazing the color is), your best bet is Aragon Brown for a Marina Bay Blue Metallic car to get that sporty look. Midrange beige is great but it doesn't complement MBB as well as Aragon Brown.

Even more LOL when someone besides the OP barks at the people responding about other interior options. Especially when no one said OP must do THEIR color. Everyone was simply providing feedback on theirs, as well as the colors OP is interested in. No one said "you must do XYZ color"

Even further LOL, when said guy, who barks at those people, not 2 posts later, tells OP if he "isn't doing Tartufo (because of how beautiful it is" To stick to one of the 2 colors he originally asked about. (Tartufo most certainly wasn't in the OPs original post either. It was a lovely plug though by sir-barks-alot for clearly his favorite interior color, Tartufo.... NOT black or Aragon)

....And the final LOL is to see OP, who apparently only asked about 2 specific colors, and those 2 only, then asks the guy who is barking at people about a 3rd option, which was not mentioned in the original post either... Which I suppose would signify maybe OP is indeed actually open to more than black or Aragon? Even further evidence of this is the additional thread where same OP asks about "best interior color on MBB", and sir-barks-alot once again pipes up about tartufo, which is "the best interior for F90"..... I too am having difficulty with deciding on exterior/interior combinations. I just test drove a MBB/silverstone 2019 and it's gorgeous. MBB is my new favorite color. As for interior, I love the look of the silverstone and would go that way except I am scared it will get dirty quickly and require constant maintenance. It also gives it a more luxury feel than sporty. My other option is the tartufo. But, I agree with someone that responded earlier that "sporty" needs to be defined. I'm not sure any color interior can be considered more or less sporty.

I loved the Silverstone in my F80. Regular care will keep it from looking dirty. Just head over to the cosmetic care and detailing board for some insight. A good leather cleaner with good technique, maybe weekly vacuuming (the least talked about leather care routine), and some vigilance will keep most of these color leathers looking almost new for years. I think some folks tend to just spray on leather cleaner and wipe it down with a towel, which isn't really "cleaning" much, but is probably fine for spot cleaning here and there.

Again, I repeat myself that none of the F90 interior leather colors are sporty to my eyes. It simply isn't a sporty interior. The G80 is maybe a bit sportier, as is the F92. I suppose that's very subjective, as some folks consider Smoke White sporty, while I consider it stodgy. I think any color you pick simply needs to make you happy when you step in the car or catch a glimpse as you're approaching it after a long day. Whether that color is sporty is really up to you. To me, the only sporty thing sporty about the interior is the accelerator.

Hopefully OP makes a decision he's happy with!

Even after my previous post, still had a hard time deciding. Ended up submitting my order today with black. I am a fan of keeping the varying colors to a minimum as much as possible. So my order is MBB, black int, black wheels, blue calipers. Blue and black only.

Sounds good. Glad I could make your day. Took maybe 4-5 minutes at the most. It was a big part of my night last night, luckily I got it done quickly. So it left me plenty of time today to do basically nothing... Except of course golf and swim in my pool, while awaiting your reply after a long hard days work. Kudos to you sir.
