I buy all my cars on lease takeovers so for me its a good benchmark. I think the majority of buyers who hit this threshold do put apply a cap cost reduction, or they just hit the dealer at the right time to take advantage of rebates or incentives from the manufacturer ect. its deff possible to get to 1% on a new purchase without putting money down its just a matter of finding the right car at the right time. There are tons of 7 series BMW's on swapalease with 100k+ stickers leasing within the 1% or under. But the model and demand has a lot to do with it. Hopefully once the buzz on the M5 wears off we'll see some better lease deals.

"1% or less of MSRP is a good deal, nothing more. idc what car it is" Finding the right car at the right time is a lot different than getting this kind of deal on a early allocation, high demand luxury item. |

I'm going to do Euro delivery but I haven't started negotiating yet. I'm also trying to get to $1100/month. Here's a lease deal ($1,189/month) on BMW website, but it's 7,500 miles per year and based on a price without upgraded wheels or exec package. Who knows what else they'll tack on.

Be serious. You are only getting there with a large downpayment.....$10k minimum.

All ED cars are coming out of dealer allocation, and they are moving cars at US MSRP with US delivery (less hassle for them with good margins), so they won’t accept a lower margin. I think you’ll have a better chance in 6 or 9 months. |

Interesting. Seems like a good lease deal from BMW NA.
I will be waiting for 2019 models and hopefully score a $1300 per month deal on a ED.

Just for everyone's information a dealer sent me the wholesale and msrp pricing just to see what is possible on a negotiation stand point. Not sure if this info was shared before.

I would think anything below MSRP would be a great deal this early in the game. 6 months to a year down the road...I am sure great deals will abound. |

When the F10 first came out in 2012, I was able to get 20k a 117k sticker car, then I picked up another "Demo" 2016 M5 with a 130k sticker at 675$/month with drive offs.
I send my co-workers and buddies there but the only one getting these deals are me lol, they still can get really nicely hooked up on any demo or pre-owned car for lease.

There was a period right after launch where ED F10 M5s did not count towards dealer allocations, so dealers had every incentive to move as many vehicles as possible even if it meant selling at ED invoice. |
