Bad sound quality when carplay connects

When my car play connects I lose all audio quality on any other source but car play. It is extremely strange. When I first start the car and have any source selected the audio is perfectly fine. The second car play connects the audio goes flat. It sounds like just highs and mid no quality at all.

If I play off my iphone the quality is fine. If I switch back to the radio or satellite its crap. It really gets a bit annoying. I was wondering if anyone had this issue or know what causes it before it gets sent back to the deal.

Happens to me as well occasionally, carplay audio sounds like AM radio. Hoping someone can share a fix.

Yes exactly. I think I've figure out that it has nothing to do with car play. Radio and everything else sounds fine it must be something to the Sat radio.

I wish there was a way to turn off tone profiles on B&W
