Without knowing exact details it looks like a discount of around 8% including rebates. Decent for a 2021 if you want one today, though I think you can do better by another 3-4%.
M5 deals have become harder to come by these days, though Dan at Next Level Brokers (look up his page on lease hackr) has a standing offer of a discount of 9% on 2021s.
You may come out slightly ahead depending on whether you have to pay for shipping or not.
Also consider getting a CCA membership as it gives another 1K in rebates.

42 months lease numbers

Does anybody know where to find the residual/money factor for a 42 month lease?

dont do 42 months. stick with 36, highly doubt there is a 42 month program anyway.

There is according to BMW. I don't understand why everybody does 36, since the warranty is 4 years. I'd rather do 42. But then it depends on the parameters, that's why I was asking.

Has anyone been able to get a dealer to give you the code to a driving event like the Autumn Driving Event to use at a different dealer?

so... this is the best deal i can get from any BMW dealer for 350 miles on a 2021 M5 comp. the dealership i usually use and have leased more than 10 cars from in the past 10 years including 2 M3's and 2 M4 verts was unwilling to match this lease deal and responded with an From the sales manager below:

" Needless to say, we were shocked to see what @#$%^& was willing to sell a 2021 M5 for. We completely understand why you would leave us when the difference was so great. Normally I would point out the benefits of buying from us (service loaners, parties, relationships, etc.), but they were willing to give away a unreplaceable car and we aren’t. If I’m being honest, I might do the same if I was in your position.
Having said that (if I’m still being honest), I find their business practices lazy and indefensible. We take building and protecting the brand very seriously. Selling cars like this for a loss cheapens the brand and we just can’t do that. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that we sell so many more cars than they do. Part of doing things the “right way” is pricing cars responsibly…to say nothing of our responsibilities to our owner. I hope you understand our position as well."

I just want to know what everyone thinks of this situation. i am still astonished that my regular dealership would let me go over a deal that i don't think is that great but once again it's the best i was able to get after contacting multiple dealerships... THOUGHTS?

That's a terrible deal !!!!
If u shop around dealers are offering 8-9% off pre incentive on 21s .
If u have a relationship a dealer should be able to do 10%.

Leasehackr a dealer on there is straight offering 10% pre incentive on orders 2021.

Protecting the brand while borderline insulting & destroying customer relationships is not exactly the smartest business move. I would move on and never bother using that dealership again.

i know better deals are out there was just hoping i could get something closer to home... that's the problem when there are only 2 BMW dealership for 300 miles. I am in and out of the dealerships often with 3 different BMW's. Just disappointing. I think i might just take it. THE CAR IS NICER THAN THE DEAL IS BAD!!!!!

A car is worth what u pay for . On a car of this caliber sometimes saving 1-2k is not worth the effort and more importantly the time.

If u like it and it's your spec then def go for it and do share some pictures for us forum members to drool over

This is an interesting conversation. I have felt really bad lately about the deal I got for my 2021 M5. I went to all 4 BMW dealerships within 130 miles from my house and not a single one was willing to give me a deal close to what people report here sometimes. 6% off msrp was the absolute best I was able to get and that of course at the dealer that is the furthest away. I think a lot of these things really depend on where in the country you are.

That's what so many folks I'm here don't understand. Just got someone got 11% off MSRP custom build somewhere else doesn't mean u can get the same deal. These deals are relative to the market and perceived value of the asset. Just get the absolute best you can in your market and not based on what you read on here. Good for information but not to compare.

I've worked very hard to get to the point where I'm able to purchase or lease these vehicles I'm not gonna let a few hundred dollars a month get in the way of what I want. It's also fun listening to my 12-year-old son call BMW every day asking about the status of the car... he has the vin Memorized
