Touch up Paint

I usually buy touch up paint after I purchase a new car.
BMW doesn't seem to have an OEM Skyskraper Grey Metallic Touch up Paint for my 2023 M5.

Do you usually have to wait farther into the year before parts become available? The dealer doesn't even recognize that color code for that model year.

Wasn’t “skyscraper” a different name a couple years ago. Or am I thinking of something else?
