PPF?

My F90 arrived in April and the delivery was a little hectic; I like a clear windshield and meant to get PPF at delivery but didn't get around to it. The car now has 3900 miles on it; is it worth getting PPF at this point?

On the windshield? It will limit additional windshield damage depending on the impact.

I did “front clip” PPF around 17k miles.
Hood, front bumper, front fenders, both mirrors.

100% worth it and I regret not doing the whole car from delivery day. The cost deterred me.

Paint correction, PPF and ceramic. Spend the money. Do it.

I did the same as FSHNGRY. I was about the 14K mile point as I bought it second hand and did the XPEL track pkg (plus hood and roof) as well as the front window. Also did ceramic and paint correction. My windshield is original and there are definitely small imperfections in it. While not as good as doing it at day 1, definitely still worth it.

My f10 m5 has the front half ppf. I just picked up my f90 with 13k miles and it stresses me out not having any protection on the paint. Going to start shopping around for a place to do it.

Yes absolutely. Most shops can do paint correction and smooth any scratches, and will tell you if they're wrapping paint that's damaged beyond repair, so you're not looking at an eyesore all the time.

But for 3900 miles, you're fine. Go for it.

I cannot tell you enough or stress enough how much ppf has saved the paint on my car, and allowed me to drive my car stress free. And park my car stress free.

Worth every penny. I did the whole car, bc I don't like uneven coverage, the ppf can sometimes change the color/hue of the paint slightly, and I wanted the car to look one color.

In addition to what others mentioned, you may want to consider getting the headlights, rockers, and the gloss black b-pillars done as well. The b-pillars are a high touch point area and I love having mine protected and swirl-free.
