Just finalized this deal on a 2019 M5 MBB
MSRP: 114450
Selling price: 102K before incentives
Incentives: 4500
MF: .00128
2500 drive off (1st month + dealer fees, tax & reg)
Base payment: 1018/mo
Payment incl tax: 1090/mo

Picking it up Friday for a 3 hour drive home. Can’t wait.

Had another deal for a 19 M5C in SRB with a 113,500 sticker for 99,500 before incentives but it didn’t have the exec pack and was a 14 hour drive home so I passed on it.

I should've tried for that deal with my 2020 Comp though I suspect I'd have been greeted with knee-slapping laughter from the sales staff.

That's a great deal--CONGRATS!

Lol yeah, I don’t think it'll be very easy to get near that on a 2020 until the 2019's are gone with the way the residuals and incentives look. Just happy to get it done because the 19's are getting tough to come by in New England.

Yep it was. Sounds like you saw that one also lol. Once I found out there was no Exec pack I couldn’t bring myself to do it. That was my one non-negotiable.

No msd or cap reduction.

There is no unwarranted hate.. I got a better deal then you did on my car so not sure what you're talking about.. lol. He wants an $1,100 payment with 0 drive-offs.. You got 11% off on your 127k msrp so I'm sure you didn't do 0 drive-offs. My deal was around 12.3-4% off on a 123k msrp and I put true 0 out of pocket and am paying $1,300 at 12k miles per year.. His expectations are unrealistic even with dealerships blowing these cars out since he'd need to get a lot more than even 12.3-4% to get that sort of deal.. I work with BMW so I sort of know what I'm talking about

You have no idea what you're talking about. You are 100% incorrect So please keep your opinions to yourself at least as they concern me. As many have mentioned, putting down money on a lease (substantial amounts) is somewhat of a gamble since it is at risk money if the car is totaled. I could care less about putting $5,000 to $10000 down on a lease. I usually decide between a lease and a purchase based on many factors, including the lease rate and how long I believe I will keep the vehicle.

I will be getting a 2020 car and will likely pay all cash without any financing. The deals are out there even on 2020s.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Yes, I am clueless. I don't put down on any of my cars.. Just saying you're not going to get to an $1,100 payment unless you put a significant amount of $ down. By the time you get a car my lease will probably be up . Happy Thanksgiving and good luck.

I tried making an offer on that car. I got a reply today that it is sale pending. Not really sure that I could justify going w/o the exec package anyway.

Yep that is my home dealer. I needed M5C and Exec and yeah when I found out it was not Exec... pass. I literally just saw that car yesterday as I was at the dealer for another reason. They still have it, advertised at $99K selling price but with $5k down.

Don't understand dealers when ordering a 100k+ car for their inventory. "Hey, let's not add executive package", we may not have M5 customers buying a high sticker car! 😂
I understand if CCB or upgraded audio is not added but why skimp on Exec package?

I won't say where I got the deal just that I got it. There was a mistake involved on the dealerships part but they honoured the deal anyways.

My new M5 is in transit right now and should be here mid next week.

I also helped my brother in law get the following deal from a dealership is Alabama on Wednesday.

Msrp 125,375
No cap reduction
10k miles a year
$1290 including 9.5% tax, BMW maintenance with brakes and wheel and tire insurance.

Good luck to all of you. Deals are great on the 2019 models

I have been waiting as long as I can before my purchase and I can tell you around 500 miles radius a ton of 2019 have sold in Oct once they dropped residuals

Almost no cars left but although one I had worked a deal on that still sitting around still the dealer is not wanting to work such a good deal on anymore. It’s the season for people to buy cars and some dealers are finding not having to loss money to get rid of the cars

Good luck to everyone, I might wait till some better 20’s deals are out. The 60 residual is like atleast 150 less a month on the 19’s

Funny, I did the same on that car. Was told this morning by the South dealership that sale is pending, they were going to bring it down for me on Monday. I was hesitant on the non executive package though. They took the car from BMW to get more allocations of X5s and were allowed to sell it as an executive demo even though it wasn't one just to move it.

Ah! Someone else from Indy. I am up in Fishers, I'm not sure I've seen another M5 Comp out here.

Picked up my M5C yesterday--bit of drive to get it but worth it!

2020 Blk Sapphire Metallic

Full Blk Leather

Exec pkg, Driver's Assistance pkg, Bowers and Wilkins

Carbon Fiber: grill, splitters, side grills, small rear spoiler and rear diffuser.

M Performance Mats, etc.

MSRP - 7.75% (not too many 2020s available)

Straight purchase. Lease rates were not good.

Sorry, I just saw $1870/mo., and said here take my check for the purchase!

As expected, lease rates are much better for 2019 cars.

I echo the sentiment that a lot of 2019s have cleared out and remaining ones may be harder to get deals on. I am still trying and as we are now in december who knows.
