On the Edmunds lease rate forums there are several examples (M3, X7) of residuals dropping by 1% across the board and the new MF for March being .00158 so I imagine this is also true for the M5.

March M5 numbers would then be:
15K- 54%
12K- 56%
10K- 57%
MF .00158

There was $750 loyalty in February I think, not sure if that's still available in March.

Anyone know the current offering for the MF reduction for the multiple security deposit program? Used to be .00005 per deposit for a max benefit of 0.00035 off the MF. But heard BMF FS may have lowered it.

It's not rare if you order/custom built and it will depend on the dealer. You just have to call different BMW dealerships and ask. For example, for a 22 M5C my local dealership wanted a $2K non-refundable deposit, $5K front end ppf requirement, and I could only finance with BMW. The BMW dealership that was an hour away just needed a $1K refundable deposit and no additional requirements.

it was always available
Since lease payments are very high these days
dealers want to soften the blow by doing the 7500 miles quote as compared to 10 k which was the traditional
I do believe that might result in some tension at the time of car deliveries , because people might not pay attention to original quote mileage in particular if they are repeat lease customer .
it is like teaser price on an a car 42 k , but in reality most cars are at 52 k and the 42 k car does not exist and they don't build the stripper 42 k car

No, it hasn't always been available on all models. It used to be only available on the 7 series to lease at 7,500 miles per year.

I did not say it was always available on all models
I have leased BMW for 15 years and it was offered to us on few occasions , can't recall exact models

You're right. You didn't say it was available on all models. You said that it has always been available. Lol

Available on only one model is not something I would call always available though. 7 series had it as an option as well as the X7, I think. But, has never previously been offered on the 5 series or M5.

Been leasing BMWs for way longer than 15 years.

If you paid $2,300 for the front of a 720 then you over paid. Lol
