Stop navigation

Maybe a stupid question (received my car today), but I can't seem to tell my prof nav to "stop navigating"...
I can just select a new destination, but I would like to have no nav at all (or if possible just the map with my current position).

Another option would be to just follow the guidance to wherever it takes you so that it will reach its current destination, fulfill its mission in life, and stop guidance on its own. Hopefully, the destination that is currently set is in the same continent as your car. As they say, it's the journey that counts, and not the destination. Hope this helps.

You can just say "Guidance" and it will cancel....no need to say "off".

On the navi screen, use the iDrive knob to come to the left most frame where you see voice on/off icon. Just below that icon there is an arrow with a dot (something like => o). Click on that and it will stop the navigation. Click on it again and it will start navigation for the last destination stored in the system.

Select "Perspective" from the navigation menu or use the voice command and say "Perspective.
