N55 mod help
For a stock n55, looking to get vrsf 4" catted dp, and a BMS intake, along with a tune(maybe bm3) but open to suggestions. Will i get a check engine light after those upgrades? The vrsf pipe warns you will get a check engine light if you don't get a DME tune. No idea what that is 192.168.0.1 router login .

You may be able to get more specified help with a car that has that motor. The F90 uses the S63 platform.
A DME tune just means tuning of the engine, not a piggy back platform. The BM3 should be able to do this for you. Normally speaking, changing of primary downpipes (unless certified) and in some cases intakes will cause a check engine light. |

make sure you upgrade your charge pipe and intercooler too if you're going to run a bm3 stage 2 or mhd stage 2+ (which is typically what you run with a downpipe). a tune will eliminate the check engine light. without it, your CEL will come on but the car will run fine.
