I am usually a Huper Optik person but hate the 4 week lead time for bubbles to settle. This time I went with the Llumar CTX 30% - only did the side and rear windows.

Got it done at Pro Tint in Plano.

I believe that the Xpel XR Plus line of window films allows you to pick a higher visible light transmittance but still block out most of the rest of the spectrum / UV.... it used to be you had to go really dark with tint in order to get a significant energy block but now there are options where you can get a film like you want (more subtle / not as dark) but still markedly reduce heat build-up and limit non-visible spectra entry into the cabin to protect the leather dash / etc

I am chastising myself for the redundancy of my above post... seems a few others had already mentioned essentially the same thing earlier in the thread!
