So I should be careful not to push it to its limits!

I run a kind of aggressive fitment and I had no rubbing.

Stiffness was OEM like if anything slightly stiffer (my guess is from less suspension travel with the fat gaps)

All in all I think the m550 springs are the best bang for your buck!!

From a math perspective, yes they will fit since they work on the M550i and since the M550i from H&R also do; one would assume.

But, the point of the M550i springs for almost every user here is the improved drop over the F90 H&R springs (1.2 inches on the M550i). The Dinan only drops the car 3/4's of an inch which would place it closer to the F90 H&R rear section which is a bit shy of that if not more.

Car is a bit stiffer with M550i springs and trust me you won't want it stiffer
