I could not find any info on this, but does exporting a driver profile to a usb thumb drive save the settings for the softkeys, radio presets, etc? Seams like every time we have any work done on the car if there is a software reset we loose the settings. I could not find much information on this. I found one listing of what is stored by it did not list the softkey settings. (the row of preset buttons on the radio display).
