As with any dealership... what ever they are willing to put in writing is what matters. Presenting them with your terms via email is nice because it can save a lot of time. Are you looking for a lease?

Just curious if you ended up working with Kuni BMW. And if you did, what did you end up getting?

no I did not get a car yet. still considering options. there are so many choices from new Z4 to m5 m850 m8 x4m m340 . its crazy. I really want to stay with in my budget. payments vs all cash . I am not lease person. I intend to keep the car for at least 5 years. every time I analyze it I come up with the M5 or m5c. it seems to represent the best of sporty and space. lots bang for the buck
even for 125k

M8 isn't even announced yet. However, I have the #1 slot at my dealership. Don't want the car though. I don't like how cramped the interior is and the take on the windshield is too steep. Feels claustrophobic.

Don't quite agree with windshield opinion but to each his own. It is strictly a 2 seater, especially with a taller person in the front. It is built on the new 3 series platform

I'm 5' 9" and sit relatively close to the wheel. There was zero leg room in the back.

If I didn't need to put the kids in the back I would get a m850 . Nice lines and very good performance and a high rated interior
