Hey everyone, I had put feelers out there several months ago for a new m5cs and ended up getting the one allocation Ann Arbor BMW had. In my search, I found a Hatch Grey example at Akron BMW but was subsequently told the owner was going to keep it. I was just contacted and told it is up for sale, if I wanted it prior to them posting it. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll put you in direct contact with the salesperson I was dealing with.

Short note my sales contact sent me indicated +$20k…not sure how realistic that is as I ordered mine from Ann Arbor 6 weeks ago at MSRP.

Order received (per the website), dealer told me it will most likely go into production in November.

Don't know what to believe. A few dealers I called are now saying they are not getting any more allocations beyond what has already been ordered. $10k over seemed to be the norm for an ADM around a month ago.

this is correct. No dealers are getting more than what was originally allocated to them. Some got 1, some got 4 (most i've personally heard) Hope BMW keeps it that way...

Totally agree with you. In this market 20k isn't surprising nor 75k. Price will be put out there based on whatever someone is willing to pay. And when you throw in supply scarcity coupled with people's pent up demand….I'm not surprised at all.

Oh God, looks like they put a protection package on the interior, turning a limited edition new car into one that looks like its at a carmax used car lot. Nothing says class like a shined up interior.

Actually, my bad, I misread........I thought he said the $20k markup was for the M5C as in Competition. Now I see it's for the CS.....eh, rare cars like that are going to be marked up so I don't actually have an issue with it (although paying $75k for a CS is definitely extreme/stupid).
