Battery specifics li-ion?

Sometimes I go away for 4-6 months at a time in the winter.. on previous cars I’ve had a ctek charger to keep my battery maintained during those months when it’s cold.. does anyone have any more info on the battery in the F90 M5.. I’ve heard it’s a lithium ion 12v? I know it’s in the trunk but I don’t want to pull the floor apart to look unless I have to..the ctek charger I have now isn’t compatible with lithium..I know ctek does make another charger that is for lithium batterys...Does anybody have a picture of the battery or any specifics about the battery so I can purchase a new charger. Is it 12V? How many AH? Etc...? Thank you

I'm just curious... Do those batteries last longer than acid batteries since they cost more to replace?
