but I'm the guy who still misses turbo lag and other oddities in cars. love the SCT in the aventedor. This month's Roundell asserts that you no longer need to use the paddles as the f90 zf8 will always be in the right gear so you can focus on getting the perfect lap speed. Fine if you drive on a track to get to work. I guess I just bemoan less involvement and refinement to the level of being bland.

the rear wheels are 10.5 on the f80 vs 10 on the f10, so even though the tires are narrower they will probably look wider on 10.5 wheels.

Any idea why there's a crossover pipe between the intercoolers that the F10 M5 didn't have? Whether he's right or not I can't be sure, but RK is already designing an intake for the F90 and he said it's to equalize boost between the two turbos since it's now MAFless vs before where the F10 had dual MAFs. My question is...would this be beneficial to use on other MAFless engines like the S63 used in the X5M/X6M? Just a though.

i just picked up the f90 and realized its not the DCT.. i was assuming it would be like my F85 which i love. In any case if it shifts quicker overall great, however ill still miss the DCT feel.. i'm not used to having to hold the brake all the time either.. |

Pre-production cars didn't creep automatically. In fact, if you grab your owner's manual, look up Low-Speed Assistant. For whatever reason, it doesn't disengage even if you follow all the steps as described. |

i knew i should have taken time to sit with the bmw genius when taking delivery, instead i was in/out of dealership in less than 15 minutes. Also, taking some time to get used to of not pushing the start/stop twice to fully turn the car off.. its nice that it completely shuts off after opening door once engine is shut off.. however if door is already open and you started car and then shut the engine, i take it after specific idle time it will shut itself off unless you lock it first or hold the volume button down.. i'll go read that technical training manual now

BMW M5 Comp F90 Review
Hello dear BMW Fans and enthusiasts, my name is Tseno, from Bulgaria and just like all of you I am a BMW addict! I own a 2019 BMW x4 m40i with OPF/PPF tuned with bootmod3 Stage 1 and some maxton design goodies and since I got it I wanted to start a youtube channel about my big passion for cars, so I did one. Here is my perspective of the BMW m5 F90 competiton which belongs to a very good friend of mine, I hope you like it and will really appreciate any comments , opinios and tips about the car, the video and anything else you can think of! Thank you and to many many more cool threads in the future! Best regards! |

The sweet spot 🔥 The 2020 with the upgraded idrive, my preferred pre-lci front, but with the rear updated taillights.
