I can tell you that there's a very noticeable difference in exhaust sound as it continues to break in... Its very noticeable and not a slight difference... I had a friend behind me and when we go to my house, he asked why I didn't tell him I got an exhaust - I didn't, it was same setup as before... Keller lower DPs and competition exhaust...

It's never going to sound like my e63s (or in the ops case a c63s) as merc has a whole division dedicated to exhaust where we in the roundel family are left without deep exhaust notes, although I expect that change down the road if not sooner...

If you don't want ostentatious, I would elect to do DP's and comp mid pipes call it a day... Drive it couple thousand miles and then make a decision then...

M5c with raceworks lower dp installed. The pops are a lot louder but have not noticed much of an increase in sound from inside the cabin. Car only has 600 miles. As others have mentioned I am waiting for the exhaust to fully break in before deciding what to do next.

My car sounds exactly like that after installing Evolution Raceworks DP's. NICE!

If you want party all the time, go Eisenmann Race

What part numbers do you have from Remus? Do you still have a resonator section in the mid or is it a straight pipe?
I don’t want tons of drone at 2000 revs when I’m sitting g at 80mph. That will drive me insane. Oh, and do the valves come on at sport or only sport plus?

Center section eliminates the resonator from the stock exhaust. no x pipe. no drone whatsoever and I'm 1000 miles into the exhaust. valve setup is same as stock
