bmw f90 2019 grill replacement

quick question! my M5 has the chrome grill surround. Can I just ordered a black replacement for the surrounding of the grill? or do I have to order a whole new grill?

i know for the LCI that is a yes and they make those overlays also but I would be concerned with it be thicker.
