You're asking two different questions.

If you want plug and play you want the Chinese knockoffs that many have reported water ingress and wonky behavior.

If you want the best quality you want Genuine BMW, but it requires coding and minor wiring revisions.

Bimmer plug has the Chinese plug and play.

SA at my dealer is running them. Hasn’t had issues yet. But he also paid more than I did for my oem ones including 20 min coding session.

Oem I recommend getbmwparts. Best price and the whole kit. Plus if you have hardware issues like many did with early batches you have no qualms getting them replaced under warranty.
