Smidge lower. Further adjustments will be made as it breaks in. The ride quality is really good. Way better than the F80. Still an M, so it's not buttery, but comfort setting is really nice. Sport and sport plus are noticeably different and firmer. I don't have a ton of experience on lci ride quality but it's way better than F80 or even stock pre-lci F90 ride quality

Obviously, the sheer price difference would add a bit of luxury and TECH. so i wont go into much there. -- the ride quality is incredibly better in COMFORT, without sacrificing a well-balanced feel and being planted when turning. i dont really feel the weight of the 5 series platform when cornering, (not at speed or track bc i only have 200 miles on it etc). the 4wd does an excellent job of keeping everything together. Clear differences in SPORT and SPORT-PLUS, with more "harshness" and quicker feel with the suspension. It very much feels like an M. -- the sound is incredibly better. people have their opinions i'm sure. but im happy with it so far. deep tone, cold start is weird, but after that it sounds really good. part of that is the fact its still a V8, but i think after break-in there is a lot of potential there. i want to put some miles on the M-Sport exhaust to see how it ends up. maybe ill upgrade, but who knows. ** THE F90 is obviously a monster in terms of power and speed, but until break-in, I cant give a direct comparison.** TL;DR, You get what you pay for with BMW. the F80 i got for a really good deal. brand-new but sat at the dealer for about 7-8 months bc it didn't have any of the cool features. it was very fast but unforgiving, lacked LUXURY and comfort, and sounded a bit weird. The F90 was expensive, ordered, but has everything you want, LUXURY + INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE without compromises.

Typo!! It is the mperf HAS. It is available as a retrofit. Was installed at the dealer before delivery.
