Tyre pressure warning - UK
Has anyone else found that the Tyre Pressure Warning system on the F25 is prone to giving false warnings.
Perhaps I am a bit edgy as I have had a couple of punctures this year (RFT) where the system alerted me well, but recently had two false alarms where the pressures were fine on checking. Has anyone any thoughts as to what could trigger a warning like these? The last one was after a 100 mile run down the coastal motorway in Spain at speeds of 75mph in temps of about 27C. |

Had a couple of false readings in the past. Either when there has been a quick weather change or on a long hot drive.
I presume the TPMS system on the LCI gives better readings compared with tyre speed rotation check on the first gen F25's. |
