How many months left until the lease matures on the 10k down one?

Makes your effective payment $1616/month. Not so bad, but better have Comp/Exec at least.

You are looking for a needle in a haystack with those terms.

I pointed out two to you on Swapalease the other day in your other thread. There isn't much more advice here. Calculate what you can afford to put down, then watch and wait. The $10k down car is a fine ride, especially with 26 months left. It isn't full leather and doesn't have Bowers, but if you don't care, and you can scrounge up $10k, your effective monthly is totally solid. Those kinds of deals don't show up a lot, so don't wait too long.

Oh, totally not worth it for most folks, I agree. I went back and forth between another M5, or an M3, and eventually decided the premium was worth it to me to get the M5, but I totally understand. These prices are stupid.

I would say for the performance and luxury you get with an M5 Comp it is just about right for the times we are in. I know there is frustration out there because deals a few short years ago were so much better. That being said, if my own M5 was totaled today I would absolutely get a 2023 M5 at the current rates and be very happy. The car is that amazing!
