Ordered the Batmobile Tune (Turbo Transformer)
Did some reading and wanted to try something different. Found the Turbo Transformer Tune. Special shout out to Mike at PH-X for helping me out with the purchase.
All in all, it looks like your standard Stage 1 piggyback tune ala BMS and Racechip but unlike BMS and like Racechip, this can be app-controlled and at $199 before taxes/shipping, it looks like the best bang for the buck in its class. Will install after car gets back from full detail and having its CSL Yellow Angel Eyes installed. Oh, the control box is hilarious. That's why I call it the "batmobile" tune.. |

+2 default to +4 psi custom so it’s pretty mild, but if you only have $200 to spend on performance mods, it is better than nothing. I would go JB4 if you want the ability to mod more significantly and to datalog. Racechip is in-between. Used examples of both pop up pretty regularly for $400-$500 if you can stretch your budget.

I have JB4 and BM3. JB4 now runs just meth and adds some boost on top of the tune. Started with JB4 and liked it, but a tune can do things the JB4 cannot do. I would go BM3. Racechip would be my last choice but this new little piggyback the OP mentions should be last.

I've had a stage 1 on my f10 550i and then f10 M5 and currently have a JB+ on my n55 powered x1. I enjoy the ease of install and kick in the pants without going bonkers. I've never had any problems with a stage 1 tune, that's why I'm such a fan of them. I'm not trying to break any hp records, but it gives me an edge over stock for sure.

its an excellent tune, and adds 0-4 PSI which is all you need on a stock car thats not running E85.
