I have a very well sorted F85 but I'm driving quite a bit for work. Thank God.

The F85 is a hot rod of an SUV but I think I need something more suited for the time I spend on the road. Also, the babies don't need baby seats anymore, so I no longer need an SUV.

I heard tonight that the F90 is sublime. My F85 is stupid fast, but I heard from someone that the F90 is even faster, more refined, better - almost no words to describe it.

What do you guys think? True? What about an E63S? If you wanted the ultimate sedan, is today's pick the F90?

I had a 2018 f85 and went to a 2020 f90. I did this after having suv’s For 20 years, I thought it was time for a change , and after looking at the Mercedes I decided to stay with the Bmw. I loved my X5M, but the M5 comp takes performance to a new level. I couldn’t be happier, and would do it over again.

I also traded a F85 for a F90. F90 is much faster and handles much better. Is also more comfortable. F85 has better visibility and much more travel storage. All comes down to your priorities. I would buy both again. Awesome rides !

Went from a 18 X5M and have never looked back. M5C is on another level, but a test drive will help make up your mind.

An F90 M5 will most likely suit your needs very well, being that it will have the luxury of your F85 but of course superior driving dynamics and a sedan body-style.

As for E63S, the F90 and W213 are as close as ever in similarities, so much so that depending on your preferences it could be a toss up towards either one. Being this is an F90 forum, most would of course say M5, and vise versa for the E63S on the W213 forums, I recommend you test drive both and see which you like as well as maybe look at the W213 forums if you are actually curious about the E63S. Also, the E63S will be getting updates for the 2021 model year for a face-lifted design, new tech and a softer suspension setup. After spending a lot of time in both cars I'd ultimately go for E63S but you may feel different after a test drive.

Good luck!

I went in to see a 2018, and they had this. It is the exact spec I want.

What kind of deal do you guys think I should offer on it?

Lol I just made a joke about distrusting the Higgs field and melting the world to someone.

Anyway, I totally agree. In two months this will be last years model, and yes, worth in the $90's. My gut says chill Winston.

I am intrigued with the 2021 Audi RS6 Avant. You might want to place the RS6 Avant into the equation.

Really!?

You drive a car with a nuclear powerplant under the hood and the next vehicle can only be better when it's 0.01s faster in straight line?

And? 0-60 is not the only metric when it comes to cars.

Who said the 0-60 is the only metric?

I guess that such a machine is judged on more dimensions than speed alone. Clearly an RS6 is never a let down when you step out of which ever performance car, certainly when it's full scale SUV like an F85 which is obviously not a car optimised for performance nor for driving pleasure.

Sure it's a nice car.
Though the F90 M5 is better than the RS6 by each and every metric. Exterior looks aside, where RS6 wins.

Ahh, yes now I understand. Most reviews seem to confirm your statement.
But amongst its competitors, the F90 falls a bit short in the "ambient" department. When you drive it in daily traffic, it feels like a normal car. The E63S has a more abundant character, converting every ride to something special. The RS6 ranks in between, even when it's a tad slower.
But even when you want to go in raw beast mode, it's also the growling of the bear that is bringing satisfaction. More than the 0.1s differences in the stats which you can never reproduce in real life context anyway.
Best that you drive them all to compare for best personal match.

Again, I do not think the RS6 has anything better than the M5 apart its exterior looks.
That's not saying though that the M5 is full of character, cause it's not. Rather lacking.

But if you are in the market for the best four doors executive sedan, then that's the M5

Dealers really gouging on the RS6A. Houston dealers adding $25K+ to the msrp. lol, that's just more to lose on depreciation.
