lower the window without turn on ignition?

I have a 2019 m5. I used to have a c63. For the c63, then you push start button twice without pressing on the brake, the car will start all the electronics and I can roll down the window, but when I switch to m5, I press the start button twice without pressing on the brake. I would assume m5 does the same thing as c63, but it doesn't. I can roll down the windows without the turn the engine on. Is that normal?

You just have to press the start button twice... with the key in the car, that's the main kicker right here! But all jokes aside, 2 slow presses of start button without foot on brake should get accesories turned on.

you can hold the unlock button on the key fob to roll the windows down without even going inside the car.
