A piggyback can’t overRide flashes, either the dinan tune is somewhat still flashed Hopefully you flashed it back to stock before returning it, or the new tuner didn’t actually do anything you’re running stock times

They are going to refund me. I've just got to get the car back to them for them to remove their software and revert it back to stock- that being said, it should definitely be cleared and ready for BM3 and flashes through that. The $2,600 for the tune is going to go towards BM3 and the cables. Going to go the custom route and see if that works. I did look at the the service records and plugs were changed about 12k miles ago so ruled that out. I am going to have them look over the car, top to bottom, while waiting on the flash back to stock. |

I think its incredibly unlikely that 2 different flash vendors wouldn't see a MPH increase w/ an OTS tune. One maybe, but not 2.
My money is that you have an underlying issue that is pulling timing. |

My cables should be here Monday. I'll be able to log some pulls and get the facts to see what's going on finally.

Cables came in so got a BM3 license and got some lunch in the car. Did a test hit after the car was warmed up and got a max of 22psi. Still figuring out how to get logs to save so only have the image to go off min/max unfortunately. Confirms that stock psi thresholds are still being utilized.
Can't adjust anything until Noelle refunds me but fingers crossed that this can finally be resolved via custom tune. Mad primaries arrived. Just need the secondaries to get here and will have catless downpipes to add to the equation. Hopefully they'll satisfy my wants for audible increases without being a nuisance. |

The same issue was with Dinan as well so I don't believe it to be targeted to a specific vendor. Both Dinan and Noelle have had great customer support in both instances so it's more of an inconvenience than anything else at this point. People have had great results meeting expectations with both vendors- in my case I've ran stock ETs/trap with both so seems like a step is being missed somewhere. Hoping BM3 can resolve the missed step using another well known custom tuner. We'll see…

I think you need to provide more info - e.g Longterm fuel trims etc - but ultimately with the OTS tunes, you're either hitting their targets or not.
If you're not hitting it, there will be a condition (fuel quality, IAT's, EGT's, DA, whatever) that is preventing it. |

As for STFT and LTFT, I got 29mpg on a 380 mile trip for the last flash. I average 24+ in town with minimal heavy right foot and around 22.8 around town while driving in a spirited manner. No issues here. Plugs were changed about 12k miles ago so that checks too. Out of everything I have showed to reputable tuners, there's nothing that's coming to their mind. What I see in the image above is the MAF reading. Y'all go do a calculation and tell me what y'all think this car should be making HP wise with that Lb/min. I'll wait. 🤣 Outside of that, the only suggestion that was made was that the car's DME software needs to be updated and that it not being the same version the flash was built for is likely causing problems. Seems plausible. I don't even care to flash to stock and then use an OTS tune yet because I haven't gotten my $2,600 refund for the 0% increase in performance from Noelle. Once I'm refunded, I'll be using the 93 aggressive flash to see what that does after making sure the car is fully updated. Idk…this just sucks really. Car is healthy- runs as it should in my DA for a stock car. Just won't take flashes from 2 vendors so far. |
