Betalink or 3m double sided tape?

Betalink or 3m double sided tape?
Which would be better for mounting a trunk spoiler? The double sided tape would be easier and less messy, but does it hold as well?

I used this Gorilla mounting tape on both my F90 and my brother's G30 spoilers and it works great. I cut it to fit inside the recessed area of the spoiler all the way across and had to add 2 layers to make it tall enough to reach the trunk but the spoiler is not coming off on its own. Both of us have tested it to high speeds and in car washes and no problems ever. I would pick it up in the paint section at your local Walmart for a better deal than Amazon but, for some reason, it is not on Walmart's website even though I bought another roll there on Friday.
One other thing I like about this tape (other than it sticks very well) is that it stays together when you are removing it so you can pull on it and it does not leave residue or little pieces on the surface you are removing it from. |

 : several long conversations about this. You're gonna get both answers. Just do what you want. I have 3M on mine. 2 years and 15k miles. No issues. Others say they've had theirs fall off. If you know how to install 3M then you'll Be fine. If not confident then use beta link.

I used betalink on m performance pro carbo spoiler. Use high quality painters tape to line up the spoiler and keep the betalink off the trunk where it’s not supposed to be. I didn’t want the spoiler coming off on the freeway. It’s VERY solid.
