Bimmer Plug customer service
New here; just got an F90 and purchased a rear CF spoiler from Bimmer Plug (BP); that was my first mistake! Tried to have it installed and the installer (RW Carbon) said they weren't comfortable installing it because it didn't sit flush on the trunk. See pics attached with the yellow arrows.
Contacted BP and waited a few days just to even receive a response. Then they said to take pics of the spoiler, which I did, and their response was to apply some 3M tape and it'll fit perfectly!! Yah right! Now they've ghosted me altogether; does anyone here have any contacts over there or have any other recommendations? |

I don't have any contacts over there, but wanted to +1 this. I reached out to them before I purchased something because they claimed that it would ship in two days but another forum member had not received the exact same product for over three weeks. They sent me a generic canned response, ignored everything I asked, and made it seem like I was being unreasonable to question the product's availability.
I have never actually done business with them, so I can't speak to how they are post sale, but they are useless before as well.

This is good information as I'm in the market for a CF spoiler for my new M5C. From all the perusing on the forums, it really looks like BMW is the way to go for these spoilers.

Agreed: BP is completely useless both pre and post sales. They just do a damn good job of marketing their products. In retrospect, I wish I could go back in time and NOT purchase anything from them as their customer service is pretty much non-existent. If you're debating buying anything from them, please heed my warning here!!

They shouldn't need to get back to you. Call you bank, explain the situation, and tell them you need to dispute the charge.
