Driver handle separation

Anyone else getting this? I know dealer will replace, just curious if anyone else is seeing this considering it's the leather pulling from the plastic which doesn't make much sense. I've see. The handles separate from the door after use but after 10k miles it's almost like a plastic rivet broke.

Unless it's changed, the trim piece is just clipped on there, and can easily be popped off with a trim removal tool. Not that it would be useful, since it's probably a broken clip, but you could try pushing hard on it to push it back in, and if that doesn't work, just bring it to the dealer to replace. You can buy the clips online too and diy, assuming that's the issue, but totally up to you.

I am having a similar issue in the exact same spot (with same leather to boot). I noticed the slight separation and have also tried pushing it in but it doesn't stay.

Let me know how it goes with your dealer, as I will probably pursue a replacement at some point.

Probably won't go to the dealer until my next oil change. Just not worth the time without my car haha. My dealer is super slow and don't know the status of parts before I drop my car off so I get stuck for almost two weeks with some pos bottom of the line car while we wait.
