B&W Aftermarket Sub Replacement

Anyone know an under seat quasi “plug and play”option? I’ve read on here of folks obviously adding trunk boxes, but really just want to replace drivers under the seats if at all possible?

Ironically I was just looking at a set of these last night. I have no experience with them, but Bavsound sells a set.

I don't THINK Bavsound work for B&W though, do they?

They do not. Hi-Fi ("standard" and "top") and HK only.

Basically the B&W are considered to be "as good" as most aftermarket units in many of the BMW groups I'm following.
I have had a pair in my garage for 3-5 months, but not tested yet, since I went with ESX VXB8W instead.
But also ESB could be something to look at for an upgrade.

However - I think the strength of the B&W system is the bas reproduction - not quantity, but quality. So my suggestion would be to go for a separate box + amplifier in the trunk to fulfill your need for more bump...
