Hood is awesome. Power bump is cool.
Nurburging logo on the seats is dumb (so is the interior color combo). Looks like what a hot wheels car would look like on the inside. However, the seats themselves are cool. Bronze pieces for the exterior is ugly in my opinion. Overall, exactly what I expected for a money grab. Wish I could buy that hood though. |

Hood is the best piece of the car and what makes it that much different IMO. I think the bucket back seats are the biggest downfall for this car!

I'm surprised by how many are complaining about the loss of the 5th seat. Are there just a lot of people with three small(ish) children?

That is just my personal experience, but as a counter point I also have a Honda Civic Type R that I owned at the same time so I could directly compare it to a light/quick car. The main issue I had with my M5 was that the limits were too high and that getting the feeling of going quickly required ludicrous speeds that were unreasonable on the street. |

If they had been serious, they had dropped xdrive. Manual transmission option would have been brave.

2 backseats are beautiful and fit me and my 3 kids - after my divorce years back. Hurrayy🤗. But 180K euros is a lot.... M5C's are coming down at 90k low mileage. Donington Grey metallic and money left for the wheels from this CS is definitely an option. But those rearseats

IMO, the gold accents are nice, but not with this green. Rear bucket seats just look weird. N'ring embroidery on the headrest is a bit much for this car. (did they ever do a lap time attempt for the records with this car?)

Those real life pictures show the car as a more dull green. I think the Brands Hatch Grey will be nice, but I am not sure how it will work with the bronze wheels.
I was thinking I may have preferred the CS to the Competition, but I now believe the Competition is definitely more suitable for me. I want more luxury with performance as opposed to performance with luxury. I hope the performance is absolutely stellar!! |

110% my friend. I'll take my heated steering wheel and massaging seats over the monstrosity that is the CS interior any day. I'm also glad I got the night vision with my 2020.

I wouldn’t sacrifice my B&W audio, nor the fold down rear seat. Those are just non-negotiables once you’ve used them.

I've owned my E39 M5 since 2004. My M5 love died a bit with subsequent generations. However, I'd pay $143,000 for a manual F90 M5 CS. I really would, although I would sell my M2C and possibly my Z4M C to help finance it (not my E39!).
Well, a guy can dream anyway.

Active Cruise
I told my dealer months ago to get me one of these cars.
Where is the forward Active Cruise radar? Without Active Cruise.. that is an absolute deal breaker. Another video specifically said no Comfort Access (remember the F82 CS-no Comfort Access but WITH the rear sunshade WTF LOL) And no center storage console or 4 zone climate control (though the pictures in this thread do show rear climate controls) https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=89&v...ature=youtu.be Last edited by trey30333; 01-29-2021 at 12:23 AM.. |

I dare to guess that the majority including myself that favor the M5CS over the M5C do not prioritize ultimate comfort with things as massage seats, driver aids, parking aids and comfort access. If that’s what you are looking for stay with M5C. The CS is IMO for those that are looking for a sharper handling and more special car understanding that there are some minor(to me) comfort trade-offs.
