Need help locating F82 OEM Bumper

Hey guys,
Unfortunately I was involved in a fender bender and need to replace my front bumper. The body shop said the only place they can get it from is directly from BMW in Germany, which potentially means a couple weeks of waiting. Is that the only option or can I have them get it elsewhere?

Not true, shows there are 12 M4 front bumpers in the US at this moment. Dealer should be able to source one for you quickly.

Part 51118058822 if it helps.
