MBB here. I have both, winter tires mounted on the blacks, and summers mounted on the bi-color, so I've had plenty of time with both. As time has passed, I like the bi-color more and more.

The black wheels have no character imho. Y spoke BI-color all day. Look great on my MBB. Didn't like them much when I first saw them in pics, but loved them in person.

Yes works very well with M5C in Donnington Grey. The gloss black plays very nice with the black trim pieces.

Is there a resource online that shows the weights of wheels compatible with the M5C? I've had to look up weights individually, and even then it's not easy to figure it out.
