21 M5C Order Placed
Hello All,
I placed my order for my first BMW ever and glad I was able to afford my dream car, M5C. I got my production number on 4/16 and was informed that this would be a week 26 build completion sicnr I got an individual color, which really sucks. Any idea on when I can see it move to production scheduled? Better yet, realistically when I can expect the car in the US? And how long dealer takes? And any chance BMW is speeding up production schedule in light of relaxed covid regulations? Thanks for your help! |

Placed my order in mid January, Indiv paint, uph, and trim. Just set sail last Tuesday. Should be here 5/23, and delivered 5/29. About 4 weeks of that time was dealer going back and forth on indv uph approval, so you may be quicker. The completion week is pretty dead on, so base it off that.

Wow I bet that will be a special car. When I ordered my car the dealership I went to told me no when I asked about any special/custom requests. If you don't mind answering what is the up charge for the Carmel interior and custom trim?

Interesting. That’s what I was told back in early March as well when I asked about an individual interior.

Paint was standard Ind paint color - $5k Caramel was only discontinued as an f90 uph in 2020, so that was $2,495 above the regular full merino option. Trim was available in Europe on the f90, so that was $2,410 extra. |
