how can i find out what a code mean when i connect the computer to the car?

Just google the code, it will probably point back to a thread on this forum.
The turbo sub-forum also has a list of the typical codes.

i connected the computer to my car but it says no dtc are presently stored in this vehicles computer. what doe that mean? thanks for helping me out

also if the hpfp was bad would the car half engine light come on??
