But, I only talk to the main guys with RaceChip USA and Germany. So it is plausible that Roman is a real person.

Almost with any manufacturers that I deal directly, I talk directly to the upper management.

That's why sometime going through with me is even faster than through the whole regular process.

With that saying, if I have issue with my PC OS, I know who I should contact. Hahaha.

This setup is for testing purposes.

I’m not sure why someone would think I’d make up a support guy’s info. As an end user I have no control over who answers their support requests.
