BM3 drivetrain code

First time using BM3.

I flashed the car with a stage 1 93 tune. After coding was completed tried clearing this code 121001. I tried clearing the code. Engine light was finally gone but drivetrain code was still showing.

I flashed the stock back on the car but code is still showing. Even tried clearing the code on stock map. No luck.

Do you have to be in diagnostic mode to clear codes? Engine off, press start button 3x with foot off brake?
