Either way both are great cars.

The build quality is leaps and bounds ahead of BMW imo. The BMW is extremely boring. The design team did minimal work updating the design of the new 5 imo. Mercedes has always had better design and interiors though.

That’s contrary to the reviews I’ve read and really more of a preference than fact.

Well I'm going after what I saw and experienced first hand. BMW designs look exactly like they did 10 years ago. I really feel like they have lost their way. Especially after owning a f80. Which I feel is one of the worst Ms I've ever owned. After driving the e63s the driving dynamics are as good of not better than M cars now imo.The interior design is beautiful and it looks like actual effort was put into designing it. Not changing a few lines like in the f90.

Apple car play does not need to be plugged in like on the E63.
The media controls are pretty slow in the E63 and light speed in the F90.

The F90 is not as aggressive looking, and does not sound nearly as good as the E63s but it does ride so much better compared to the E.

Im going to drive the F90 more this afternoon and tonight and I will write a comparo of the 2 from an owners perspective and post tomorrow.

It's predictable here in this market / area. Commonplace so to speak.

Some dealers don't but it's rare and usually by mistake at first. I've seen a dealer tack it on after only sticker was present ..."after the fact" based on social media rumor or when someone there either hears or figures out they can pull the stunt. And do. There was A manual Jahre fs localy not long ago and it was for sale for sticker. Then, months later it was learned how rare it was. They added the markup. Lool. It's still sold.

So far, Tony's impressions are the same as mine. I have a F10 Carbon Black 550i M-Sport with "20 HREs, Dinan S2 and M5 Sway Bars. It is an excellent car in many ways, but exciting in not one of those ways. I accept the fact that the M5 F90 is better in every possible way than my F10 (every way), but it looks very, very similar to my current car (inside and out) and I am really concerned that it will not feel like enough of a change. I love BMWs and am trying to keep an open mind so I really appreciate the reviews of new owners!
