This has been discussed ad nauseam, including within the DIY retrofit just a few posts down from the top. Please try a forum search or even just a Google search in the future (Google does a pretty good job of searching forum posts).

However, since you are new I'll help you out. Euro lights have an amber strip for turn signals whereas the USA version does not (the rest of the tail light blinks in the red color).
