How much to buy an M5 CS Bonnet?

My favourite thing about the CS is the bonnet. Any ideas on the price?

Ring up the local dealers. Cheltenham do some really good pricing if you mention you are a BMW forum member. Just a though re the bonnet might need the grills and lights and therefore bumper changing. I don't know and just saying it might need it if the lights are a slightly different fit that need a new bumper as we know. Would look great if you did this!!

If it is carbon fiber (which I believe it is) and given BMW's general pricing policies, my bet is it will be north of US$10K, and then you will need to get it painted for some additional cost.

I agree it looks badass, but even with the likely 20 to 30 lbs. of reduced weight, that is out of my price range.

I agree with you. I also think for much less one will soon be able to buy an exposed carbon hood which would look far better

If it's anywhere near the f80cs hood it's not cheap. In the states expect 4k USD or so for the real thing.

GPower has a cf hood that I'm sure will be half the price. I agree it's prob going to be $10k for it then you need to get it painted. I priced a GPower cf hood late last year for the F90 M5 for a little over $5k if I remember correctly.
