Will this offset fit our cars?

I found a set of wheels online with the following specs:

20x9.5 +22
20x11 +34
5x112

Will this fit our cars? Anybody running this size? If so, what tires and spacers would work best?

+34 is greater than stock fir the rear but you could space it down if you are unwilling to buy wheels that are a better fit.

What is the price for the seat? Worth it to buy then add spacers? Or worth just buying correct fitment?
